Bragging with Friend !! (2nd) 2nd draft

I was interesting about a part of book which was the view of Phaeton and Ephasus were bragging each other. I was great pride about my house when I was young. My apartment was not very huge, but builted newly in 1995. One day, my friend who was living biggest apartment in Seoul came to me and started to bargging. We compared which apartment has more rooms, more playgrounds. We also compared which one is higher apartment, and even compared how many steps to the school from each apartment. I upset easily when I was young. I think we fought because of his apartment is taking place nearby game room. Isn't it funny? I would liked to bragging about my steel top. It was unique and no one couldn't bit me. I think I bragged about my top during my whole class time in front of classmates. Today, I think these are interesting experiences in my life. I can tell that these are priceless.

Korean Ancestor !! (1st)

Korea has five-thousand-year history. Long time ago, there was a bear and tiger on the mountain. Both of animals wanted to be a human. One day, God came to them. He saw their were looking totally depress. God knew the problem so he gave them a resolution. The resolution was if they alive 100 days in a cave with only garlic, then God will transforms them to humans. They endured first few days with only garlics. Few days later tiger began to grumbling. Finally he ran away from the cave. The bear endured steedily so the bear became a lady. She was the most beautiful in the Asia so a prince of a country fell in love with her. They got marry and a baby borned. The baby became the first king of Korea. I learned this story when I was teen. As Greek people knew the Greek Gods, we learned Korean Gods. I knew the other interesting story of Korean Gods. If you allow to write for next blog, I will grad to do that.

Most Hotest Day !!

I planned something special for this weekend. I never been to a mall in LA so I planned to go there. In the result, I walked all day. I am living in KoreanTown. It is almost over an hour to be at the LA downtown. When I was taking army service in Korea, I usually walked about four or five hours per day. I thought it will good for my health and walk is good for watch the view of LA downtown. It was not. I spend an hour with my painful leg and sweat shirts which was really sticky. It was cool inside of the mall. I think I spend most of the time for cool down my heat. I visited park of general MacAther. People were burning on the grass. I was dizzy and lack of water. I should ride a bus but I was walked for a long time. I thought riding bus is waste money. Before that I spend big money for shopping so I need to save. I am not going to take a walk anymore. This is my experience for this weekend.

Something Done, Nothing Earned !! (3rd)

I entered my high school in Washington state. When I was Junior, I lived in my host family's house where was ten minutes far from the school. There was a mart near by my house, so sometimes I walked to there for buy some snack and soda. At that time I walked for my health. It took about one hour for get to the mart. This means about two hours for round trip. I could smoke at that time because I was enough age to buy a pack of cigar. One day, I spend almost four hours for buy a pack of cigar. I went to the mart without wallet, and came back without ID. In this case, I bought a pack of cigar, I experienced as same as old man. I think I really felt that I really need a car for live in the United States. I didn't need a car in my country for buy something small stuff. Even though I walked for health, It was painful at that time. Today, I said my story in WA, when I heard someone walked one or two hours for something. I had a great experience in my life.

Symbols in Korea !! (2nd)

Every person who born in my country need to learn about their country. I think I learn the Korean national anthem when I was 4 years old. I learn how the music came from, and the secret meaning inside of song. We had a lot of test about country like as the United States. The United States has a symbol too. I can give an eagle for example. Korea has an animal symbol as the United States. The tiger is my country symbol. We have a flower symbol which is the rose of Sharon. Korea is as calling as white cloth people in Asia. The reason why people wore the traditional clothes which most parts were white. I learn about symbolism in the class. There are many symbols in my life. For the example, the clock is represent time, day, and appointment etc. It is good to have a symbol for myself. I might want to be a turtle which never give up.

Fishing for Habbit !! (1st)

Many Korean like to fishing. Some person leave their all thing behind and go for fishing. One of my friend's father liked to fishing. One day, my friend came to me and said "I am not going to fishing. If I go for fishing, I will cut my wrist". The reason why, his father went for fishing instead of go for company. He fired.

I heard there is a fishing place near Santa Monica beach. One of my friend really loves to fishing. I might follow him for the next time. I heard he got 25 inchi of flatfish. I really like to eat sushi. This is why I want to go there. I asked to my friend about fishing. "Why do you like to fishing". "Isn't it boring"? He said when he was fishing, He could think deeply like meditation. He also enjoy the taste of pulling the row. He had experience of catching shark. Little baby shark. I don't know he release the shark. He had a photo which shows shark in the box.

I believe that fishing can be nice habbit. I should decide by my own after I go for fishing.

Ethiopian Food !!

I'v been to Ethiophian food restaurant. It was on the Fair Fax Ave. Me and my friends roaded a car for 20 minutes to get there. When I entered the restaurant, I could see a lot of Ethiophia traditional things. Especially I could see the roof of Ethiopia house which was decorated in the restaurant. I ordered tips which was cubes of beef stir fried with spied butter, onions and green pepper served with Injera. I ordered this because this seemed including some beef. For the result, I couldn't eat at all. I should use my hands for eat this. The bread which colored brown, taste not good for me. The owner of restaurant was really kind to us. She said everything which how to eat, what's the taste like etc. After we ate, We wanted pay for food. I couldn't believe that I drinked water, it costed 7 dollors for a bottle. I had good time anyway.

1. There was Neo who had two jobs in his life. First one is Computer company worker, and the other one is Hacker. He got massage from Morpheus about he needed to be careful from agent.

2. Neo captured from the Agents. The agents put something in his stomach. Seemed like dream but it was real.

3. Neo met Morpheous and he joined to the Metrix.

4. Neo trained a lot of Marsal arts and Morpheous made him more stronger.

5. One of Neo's friend Cyper tried to connecting with the Agent and prepared for betray.

6. Neo met Oracle who is pretaller.

7. They fall into a trap. Two friends died and Morpheus captured by the Agents.

8. Neo escaped barely, but he went into the Metrix again with Trinity for save Morpheus

My Treasure !! (3rd)

I have a my own treasure in my life. If you ask me what it is, I would say it is my family. My parents have really old fashion mind. When I have to something at night, they always wondered so call to my cell phone every 5 minutes. I had struggling with my parents really many times. I think I am still arguing with them even now. I think they might have wide heart to receive their children's offer. My sister Sarah always helps me to stay in the United States. When I came to the United States, my sister was always adviced me as well. How to do something when you stand on the danger situation. I really love my family. I forgot to say about my little brother Ivan. He always follow my action. When I watched TV, he tried to watch it in the other room, when I play something on the computer, he tried to do so. One time my parents were upset because he played computer game alot, but he always said that I do the samething so don't give me too much stress. So cute isn't it? These were why I love my family and I think they are my treasure in my life.

Traveling to America !! (2nd)

I never took an airplane until I became 14 years old. Many people can say that they never took an airplane during their lifes. Anyways at that time I was really afraid of riding an airplane. I thought that 'This can be last step in Korea during my life', 'I can lost my way in the U.S. also I can be an International lost child'. I was having problem to study in Korea because I like to do something with my friends. For examples I liked to ride motor bike, drink and smoke. My parents wondered that I can't do anything in the future, so that decided to send me to the U.S. I didn't like to travel, but today I love to do that like Santiago. I went to the Seattle International Airport in 2000. I think when I arrived to the airport, I spend a lot of money for taxi and living expenses. Today I can say that was priceless experiences. As I said I like to travel. If I have time for next break, I might go to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.

Style of Poeple's Lie

Today I saw the TED video which Dan Ariely was spoken about buggy moral code. I think this video is relates with our life. Dan Ariely related this experiment with economy. Even if I couldn't understand most of his speech, it seems like fun. This experiment can have relationship with our lifes. I can say assignments, quiz, and test are can be exemples. For the example if teacher gives an assignment about watch the Metrix. I will probary lend or go to the movie theater for watch. But some people can say "I watched" But they didn't watch actually. Dan Ariely wanted to say that before people lie thay think about the percentage of danger. I really agree about his opinion. Dan Ariely said that the percentage of cheat increase or decrease depend on which group actor is in. I might have same situation like this. I will be my country side even if my country side is doing something wrong. But if Japan or China doing something little better than my country I am still my country side. ( I don't know this is good example for Dan Ariely's experiment) This show was interesting because he treat about people's mind. I liked to watch this.

Someone hurts because of me !! (1st)

I didn't know just what I've done. I didn't know that I made a person disappoint at me. Few years ago, I was in the army troops. Most men in Korea, require to do millitary sevice and have to be a soldiers. One day we practice about how to shoot the rifle (K-2). I was really dislike to shoot because it hurts my face area after the shoot. I tried to skip the practice, and I thought I was perfect that no one couldn't find me. The problem came after I returned to the troops. I had a upper level commander, he was scolding to my friends. I was really sorry for them. I didn't know that this is going to be happen as Eddie didn't know that girl was in the fire (finally he knew it but not sure at that time in the book). After this happening, I never tried to skip the practice until I finish.

There is no place like Home !!

I went to Culver City on Saturday around seven O'clock. There was crowded, and people were ready for the show. The movie started around seven fifty. There was a lot of children and their family took the place on the street and bench. We were lucky that we were in the front row. When the movie started, the place we sat was really noisy. I couldn't set on the chair without opening my ears. I think the moive was really fun, even though I couldn't understand about 40% of story. The people started to clapping when Judy did good action. They also clapped when the music over. I loved the movic which I never seen before, so I might not forget until I die.

My Church Story !! (3rd)

When I was young, I usually went to the church every Sunday with my mother. I liked to see my friends and there were delicious food after the worship service. I was too young to understand about God and heaven. I think I heard about heaven over than 1000 times. My paster said "Heaven is God's gift", "Heaven gives you lots of joy and happiness." etc... He said like over 1000 times but I coudn't understand.

This book made me to think about and made me to draw about heaven's view. There will be green field like New Zealand hill, there will be nice and beautiful women sometimes I imaged, and there will be my grandmother who passed away few years ago. This is not I want to go out and die and I will go to heaven. This is just my opinion, and I will write my own heaven after my retiring.

Miss understand about my father (2nd)

My father is really strick and tough to his children. I know that he had a hard time when he was a teenager, but I couldn't understand his secret meaning in this word. One day me and my father were having a trouble. At that time I just got finished my army service, I want to take a little rest. Like spend time with my friends, went out for trip about two or three days, drink alcohol as much I want. These were what I wanted for break. One night he scord to me and said "study!!" and he continued to say time every time he saw me. I think that at that time I begun to brought my life to the difficult way. Today I felt that I was wrong. He was the one who wanted to make me right person. Next time if he offer to do something, I will do my best.

Science of Brain

jill Bolte Taylor is a person who spoken about stroke. During the time about this message, I need to thanks that I can live and stay in here. She was one of the person who took hard time to heal from the stoke. I thought that she really thank to alive. breathing the air, walking on the street, and eat delicious food, I need to feel the thanks. She brought someone's brain, it was scared. even though I have samething in my head, it looks ugly. It had a long tail which connect to some part of our body and I felt that I never can do like her. She introduced the brain. The brain has two parts which is right side and left side. I think left brain is most important. also right brain is important too but little lesser than left.

I am really thanks to live, I am going to call to my parents tonight and said THANK YOU.

Lotte World !! (1st)

I've been at the Lotte world about two or three years ago. In my opinion, that place will be almost same as the rudy pier. There was a roaller coster which was long and steep slope. I heard someone had an accident during the play time, so I had a troubled mind before I took a ride. The show time reached. My heart was burst up and exciting and think of worry crossed. It took two or three minutes to play. Nothing was dangerous, nothing was scare. It was just fun.
I really had a good time in the Lotte world. If I go back to Korea, I might be there again!!

Spending time in the farmer's market!!

I woke up at eight AM. Today I had no classes and my mind made me to fall a sleep again, but I woke up because of an appoinment. Today I had to trip to Santa Monica Farmer's Market!!

I roaded the bus and met my friends in front of the college. We arrived at the farmer's market around 11 o'clock. there were lots of people, numerous vegitables, and fruits. I didn't buy anything, however the smell temptated me to buy something. The fruits were fresh as if I have a car, I might buy some. I didn't try to eat, but it might be delicious.

I had a great time in Santa Monica. I might come again after I buy a car.

Development of orgami

The presentation was about orgami which Robert Lang spoken. This was amazing because the speaker related orgami with the math. We can see that orgami created early 18th century in Japan. The orgami developed repeadly, and then approched today's orgami. Today's orgami shows few features which were no cut and no sprit.

If we flop the paper, then many lines appear on the paper. we flop again and again with some pattern, there are lots of lines on the paper. We can find the math in this pattern. the lines lenth are same that's what I see in the presentation

Hello~!! This is Hyeong Jun Lim who has english name Brian.

I'm from Seoul, Korea. I was born in Seoul in 1986. My family composed with my parents, younger sister, younger brother who is only 13 years old amd I.

I came to the United States on August, 22 and the L.A is first time to visit. Here is very hot in the affernoon and kinda cold in the evening, but I like to stay in CA.

I just got finished the millitary service in Korea for two years. It was very tough for me, that's why I can wake up at six every morning.

I'm living in KoreaTown which one and half hours far from here by bus. It's good for health wake up in the morning, but i'm getting tired of bus riding.

My hobby is sports. I liked play a lot of sports except golf. I tried to golf before I felt that this is not my sports.

good to see you guys and I want to make many friends internationally, so I can go to the oversea every vacation nation to nation.
